UPC PROPERTIES SDN BHD was first established in 1981 as United Properties Consultant. In 1985, the company was incorporated and the name was revised to UPC Properties Sdn. Bhd to enhance its operation and to provide value-added services to its clientele.

Being a registered estate agent, registration being No: E (1) 0117, we are governed by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Real Estate Agents. We are also a member of Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA)

Lead by two directors, Mr. Chew Cheng Kiat, (Reg. No: E269) and Ms. Goh Swee Kin (Reg. No: E378), the Company established itself in the rental and sale market and caters to most segments of the property market, more particularly in the niche residential properties.

The company is assisted by 10 real estate negotiators.
